I ran my own sales company in my early twenties and became wealthy pretty quickly.
After a series of poor choices I was forced to close down the business, and go back to working a 9 to 5.
But as they say, 'You can't keep a good man down!'.
I never lost the entrepreneurial fire in my belly, and it wasn't long before I was sick of not being the master of my own destiny.
Trading time for money just wasn't for me!
So I hired a property mentor (who incidentally is the very same husband from Abi's story) and asked for the best property strategy for someone who's just starting out and doesn't have a "war chest" of cash to invest.
He proceeded to outline the exact same strategy for me...
...and four months later I quit my job!
Here we are two years on and I've now got 37 properties in my portfolio and within the next year I'll have taken that to 70.
That said, I'm nothing special.
I achieved all this because I used this simple strategy and followed it to the letter.
If I can do it, seriously, anyone can.
